These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 99abai ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your use of the 99abai website located at https://99abai.app and all associated gaming, betting, payment, and support services made available through that domain ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming any promotional offer, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, or any other product offered by 99abai — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

To register and maintain an active account on 99abai, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 99abai does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either imposed by 99abai or by any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which 99abai is a participant.

99abai reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This verification process may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 99abai account. This responsibility encompasses:

• Credential security: You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 99abai customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 99abai will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account transfers: Your 99abai account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.
• Minors: If you share a device with persons under the age of 21, you are responsible for ensuring that those persons cannot access your 99abai account. The use of the Platform's self-exclusion and deposit limit tools is strongly recommended in such circumstances.

99abai may, at its discretion and without prior notice, place a temporary hold on an account pending investigation of suspected security issues, unusual activity patterns, or compliance reviews. Such holds will be lifted as promptly as reasonably possible following completion of the relevant review.

All financial transactions on 99abai are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 99abai does not accept deposits from payment instruments owned by third parties.
• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods may vary based on your account status and location.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• 99abai does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 99abai accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes communicated in the cashier section of the Platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes following approval; bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard inter-bank clearing schedules.
• 99abai reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all relevant wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

99abai offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 99abai reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms on the Promotions page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino wagers may contribute at a different rate than slot games. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse: 99abai employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and terminate the account.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Unless otherwise stated, a maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds. This limit is specified in the individual promotion terms.

99abai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are being actively wagered in good faith.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 99abai Platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets placed on 99abai are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 99abai reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been offered in error.
• Pricing errors: Where a bet has been accepted at a price that was offered in error — including technical errors, data feed errors, or manifest pricing mistakes — 99abai reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. The Company will provide notification in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game lobby.
• Cricket and PSL markets: Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. These rules govern outcomes in the event of match abandonment, DLS method application, player substitutions, and other cricket-specific scenarios.
• Live betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live betting rules. The Company reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including where a significant event in the match has occurred and has not yet been reflected in available markets.
• Casino and slot game outcomes: All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures. The house edge applicable to each game category is as specified in the game's information panel.
• Disputes: Any dispute relating to a bet or game outcome must be raised with 99abai customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99abai and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process;
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any money laundering activity or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in place of a human player;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market;
• Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes as a means of recovering legitimately wagered and lost funds;
• Any attempt to access the administrative backend of the Platform or to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at 99abai employees or other players via any Platform channel.

8.1 Termination by 99abai. 99abai may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Conduct that 99abai reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Conduct that 99abai reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other players;
• A direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is terminated for cause, 99abai reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to have been obtained through legitimate means, it will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of the investigation, minus any bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activity.

8.2 Termination by the Player. You may close your 99abai account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded to your registered payment method after applicable verification requirements have been satisfied.

99abai collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing commitments include:

• Personal data collected at registration and during subsequent verification is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Platform services;
• 99abai does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes;
• All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption;
• You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to regulatory retention obligations.

99abai is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both the Company and all registered players:

• Age verification: 99abai employs identity verification procedures to prevent persons under the age of 21 from accessing the Platform. Any account found to be held by an underage player will be closed immediately and all funds returned to source.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous Platform use.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be temporarily inaccessible.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a problem with gambling may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed by contacting customer support during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99abai's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 99abai account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99abai shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 99abai had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental action, or network outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 99abai's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

99abai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will not be less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter player rights, and updates required for regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 of these Terms.
